Since 2020, the Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series has energized the city’s scenic Riverfront Amphitheater on the shores of the historic Arkansas River. Presented by 64.6 Downtown, the Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music is creating a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and advance the community-driven effort to create a thriving and diverse economy for the city with a population of just over 88K residents. New storefronts, art and businesses are entering the city’s landscape, creating a newfound energy. The 2024 series will continue to use free, live music as a vehicle to strengthen the social and economic fabric of this former manufacturing hub, while bringing attention to a beautiful, underused public space.
