Do you offer full hook ups?
Yes! We offer full hookups with 30/50 Amp, Water, Sewer, & 110-Volt outlet at all RV Campsites
Can I check in early?
Please check with us 24-hours prior to your arrival to affirm the availability of an early check-in.
How far in advance do I have to cancel my reservation?
If a reservation is cancelled with less than a forty-eight (48) hour notice, a fee for one night will be owed.
Do you have Wi-Fi and Cable?
Wi-Fi is generally available throughout the Resort; and we do not offer cable.
Do you offer long term rates?
We are a short stay Resort and do not offer long term stays or rates.
Can I put a tent in an RV campsite?
Tents are only allowed on the ten (10) tent campsites. The tent camping area has 20 AMP - 110-volt electrical receptacles, easy access to fresh drinking water, and a cookware wash up area for kitchen utensils.
What is the max number of people allowed per site?
Four persons, and if you have more please contact us in advance for consideration.
Do you allow pets? How many?
Two pets are allowed, and pets MUST be kept on a 6 ft. leash.
Can I park my boat at our campsite?
We have a private on-site boat ramp and boat parking area. Boats and trailers should be parked in the boat parking area. Use of the boat ramp and boat parking area are included in your reservation.
Are ATVs allowed?
No ATVs, Side-by-Sides, or other unlicensed motorized vehicles are allowed to operate within the Resort. Guests are allowed to bring and use one personally owned, electric golf cart. No rented golf carts are allowed. We do not offer golf cart rentals.
Can we build a fire at our site?
Metal fires rings are located at each RV and Tent Site and may be used subject to our Resort Policies & Rules. There is also a porch swing conversation area with a fire ring, and the large Pavilion has a fireplace, both for guest use. You can purchase firewood in our General Store.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is not heated.
Do you have RV and boat storage?
We do not have storage available but will be happy to provide you with a list of storage companies.
Do you have boat rentals?
We do not have boat rentals available.
Is there a laundry area?
We have a coin laundry room on site. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available for purchase in our general store.
Are there any activities on site?
We have a swimming pool, pickle ball court, outdoor playground and exercise area, horseshoe pits, two pavilions, and a dog park playground for your furry friends! We adjoin the Riverfront Walking Trail which is very nice!
What cities are you close to?
Riverfront RV Resort sits on the banks of the beautiful Arkansas River which divides Arkansas and Oklahoma. Fort Smith lies in northwest Arkansas between the Ozark and Ouachita mountain ranges. Besides historic downtown Fort Smith and its many attractions, historic Van Buren is on the north side of Fort Smith.
Nearby are the towns of Greenwood, Barling, Fayetteville, Bentonville (home of Walmart and Crystal Bridges Museum); and in Oklahoma we are near Tulsa, Roland, Pocola, and Tahlequah. There are numerous museums, casinos, lakes, wild rivers, hiking trails, and State and National Parks nearby. Come have a look!
