Please note the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission in their Fishing Guidebook states "Fish Cleaning – While fishing in waters with a length or slot limit or as catch-and-release areas, you may not possess a fish that has been filleted or had its head or tail removed while fishing from shore, boat or while being transported by boat".  For more information see the link to the AGFC Fishing Guidebook below.
